- All NON-USD deposits will be converted to USD by our Bank at its foreign exchange rate. Please note that this exchange rate is out of Matrix’s control. It is recommended that you transfer USD to Matrix’s bank account.
- Withdrawal Fee may be adjusted in the future to account for any network congestion and to make sure the withdrawals are processed within a reasonable time.
- A refund fee shall apply if a Fiat or a Virtual Asset deposit is rejected by Matrix.
- For USD withdrawals, there may be additional charges applied by correspondent/intermediary banks that are outside of Matrix’s control.
- 5% VAT will be charged where applicable.
